1          Organization
The name of the organization shall be Pass Love Charity Foundation.  The official acronym of Pass Love Charity Foundation shall be PLCF.

PLCF is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in the state of Michigan on March 15, 2006.

The board of directors of PLCF (the Board hereafter) is the decision-making body of PLCF.  The Board represents the voices of PLCF members and makes policies and decisions to serve the mission of PLCF. 

PLCF organizes its activities under projects, each having defined purpose, scope, project leader(s), and the decision authority of the project leader(s), etc.

2            Mission
PLCF passes love to children in poverty in China (recipients hereafter) by raising monetary, service, or material donations for and channeling the donations to the recipients to help them receive their education.  PLCF encourages the recipients to pass love to other people in need when they are able to do so.

3            Core concepts of PLCF
3.1             Foundation of PLCF
The foundation of PLCF is human kindness, with its higher form being universal love.  Kindness is the personal trait that PLCF depends on in its members and donors.  PLCF plants seeds of universal love in the hearts of young recipients and encourages the recipients to pass love forward.

3.2             PLCF Core values
The PLCF core values are

–        Smile on the faces of the recipients 

–        Trustworthiness in the eyes of the donors 

–        Satisfaction in the hearts of the members 

Recipients and donors are PLCF’s external customers, while PLCF members are internal customers.  PLCF policies and rules of operations shall be established to best serve these three customer groups.

PLCF believes that more resources will become available if PLCF does well on its core values with available resources.
